Title:

Climate change effects on thermal tolerance plasticity and population dynamics in the eelgrass sea hare, Phyllaplysia taylori

Richelle has started a postdoctoral research position at Washington State University with Dr. Wes Dowd working on the integration of multiple -omics datasets to understand the mechanisms behind physiological responses to climate change. Her future goal is to be a professor at a research university where she can continue to promote relationships across all types of education and contribute to scientific advances in ecological and physiological responses to climate change.

Richelle also works with the Science Partnerships Committee of the National Network for Ocean and Climate Change Interpretation (NNOCCI), where they make connections between scientists and informal educators to facilitate a shift in public perception of climate change.
