Integrative Biology 148 Comparative Animal Physiology

Catalog Description : Comparative study of physiological systems among animal phyla. General physiological principles will be illustrated by examining variation in neural, muscular, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, and osmoregulatory systems. Students will read original literature and give a group presentation in a symposium.
Prerequisites: Biology 1A-1B.
